Leaders discuss the core principles that form the foundation for their actions, and they get followers to buy into and share values.

The leader should encourage questions at this stage of development because that will help the individual or group progress to the next level more quickly. Stage Two Leaders This stage is often similar to adolescence in human development where group members want more independence than they had in stage one, but they may not be quite ready.
